Silicone rubber products are made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber as base rubber, adding various fillers (reinforcing agent, heat-resistant agent, modifier, etc.) through mixing, thin pass, filtration, sulfur addition, molding, extrusion, bonding and other production processes. Vulcanized rubber products have the following characteristics:

   (3) excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and ultraviolet radiation resistance, long-term use in outdoor without cracking. It is generally believed that silicone rubber can be used outdoors for more than 20 years.

   (5) with the advantages of good processability and easy molding, various products can be made by extrusion hot air vulcanization molding, die addition molding and extension molding.
